First delivery

The first equipment has arrived at the building.  We purchased a grinder, a slicer, a retail case, and three scales from an equipment distributor in Hermosillo, Sonora.

Here are the delivery men unloading the equipment.

The old adobe wall that runs along one side of the production room has been redone with new cement plaster, paint, and sealer.  Here is a “before” picture.

We have finished installing the three insulated doors that were purchased from a used equipment dealer.  Here is the door to the product cooler.

Here is the front door, which leads from the non-refrigerated loading dock to the refrigerated production room.

Here is the back door that leads from the production room to the smokehouse room.
